I enjoyed eating a cannoli for the first time at Mario’s Italian Cafe in Palm Desert for dessert. I enjoy listening to Dean Martin’s songs and Amore is a wonderful song. Here is my parody of Amore called That’s Cannoli!

like a big creamy pie

Chocolate chips on the sides

of ricotta and waffle-like crisps

that’s cannoli!

when chocolate sauce makes you drool

and your fork is a tool

when your appetite is large

of delicious ricotta cream, signore
