I’d like to thank Victor Joseph for sharing his basketball journey with me. I have Cal Poly Mustangs season tickets and he played for the Mustangs from 2016-18 and he averaged 13.2 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.1 blocks while shooting 40.2% from the field, 36% from deep and 85% from the free throw line per game. He scored 818 points, grabbed 135 rebounds, dished out 83 assists, had 50 steals, blocked 8 shots and made 114 threes. He brought excitement to Mustangs fans each game with his ability to get buckets.

In sharing his journey with me, Victor said “My favorite thing at Cal Poly was the people i met over my 3 years there, and how supportive the community was of the basketball team win or lose and one thing I improved on was taking school and academics more serious.. before Cal Poly I didn’t really care to much about them just did it to stay eligible for hoops, now I look at it as something to give me a lil more advantage at different things in life, and I also got into reading a lot more being up here and really watching and listening to Nipsey Hussle in my spare time.. which led to me and Don starting our own business PriceIsUp coming soon.”

Victor Joseph and his Mustangs teammate Donovan Fields have started a business that you can follow on Instagram and Twitter @priceisup. I enjoyed watching Victor and Donovan compete each game for the Mustangs and I am excited to follow the growth of Price Is Up.
